The in-house faculty pool of IDT is teaming of highly motivated and dynamic individuals
who have created the pathway for effective learning and who have been critical to
the Institute’s road map to success. The faculty resource of the institute has grown
into a community of professionals working in the industry, Education enthusiasts,
entrepreneurs, creative thinkers.
To achieve high academic standard the faculty resource & management together have
devised strategy through creative enterprise(In-house Boutique), peer learning,
organizing workshops, visit to trade fairs/fashion weeks/exhibition/industry, research
stimulus, diagnostic surveys , invigorating art & craft/personality development
classes for fostering the excellence.
The strategy shaped by the faculty in accordance with vibrant fashion industry aims
at a distinctive ability to create an influential teaching methodology with hands-on
approach& pedagogy which is engaging, relevant and challenging.
